Underground Bar Website & Self-Service Management Platform. Built a production-ready full-stack site for a Brazilian craft-drinks and pizza bar, combining a bold underground visual identity with a complete admin back-office. Customers can browse the menu, see the event calendar, book private events, view the gallery, chat live with the bar, and compete in a daily copão ranking, while staff manage every piece of content themselves through a dedicated admin dashboard, no developer required.

Replaced manual phone/WhatsApp-only reservations with a 5-step online booking flow, capturing customer, date, party size and special requests directly in the admin queue
Cut content-update time from developer deploys to seconds — staff now edit menu, events, gallery albums, user ranking and even the legal Terms of Use page through the admin UI
Passed a security audit covering auth middleware, CSP/HSTS headers, Zod input validation, Host-header injection in email links, email enumeration and rate-limit hardening
Delivered a mobile-first experience with a bottom-tab admin nav, swipe carousels for menu and gallery, and sub-second page loads via Turbopack + server components
